Frequently asked questions
Where do you offer your services?
I work mainly in Tuscany and the Canton of Neuchâtel, with frequent assignments in Milan, Rome, Bologna and Sardinia. For other areas we agree travel costs in the quote.
What kind of properties and spaces do you photograph?
Apartments, single-family homes, villas, hotels and hospitality venues, shops and commercial spaces. Every project is quoted individually, based on size, deliverables and level of post-production.
What additional services do you offer?
Drone footage, evening/night photography, promotional videos for social media, 360 virtual tours, photographic staging and 3D renders. Every extra is defined in the quote.
How do you handle light and post-production?
I use HDR techniques and multiple exposures, with natural, artificial or mixed light depending on the space. Every photo goes through careful architectural post-production: lines, perspective and colour.
How long does delivery take?
Fast turnaround, generally within a few days: the exact timing depends on the size of the project and the level of post-production.
Can I get dedicated terms for multiple properties?
Yes: for agencies and ongoing collaborations I offer dedicated terms, for example by photographing several properties on the same day.
